Where is the Portland area showroom located?
AllOfficeFurniture.Net’s showroom is located at the main office address: 1300 SW 2nd Ave., Portland, Oregon, 97201 (We are right on the corner of 2nd and Jefferson at street level.) You can park in the Smart Park right across the street and we will validate your parking. What is your warranty/guarantee policy?
All products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us for assistance with warranty issues for products you purchased through our company. We strive to carry quality furniture that will very rarely require utilization of the manufacturer's warranty.

Who handles customer service?
We endeavor to carry quality brands and deliver your new furniture in perfect condition. If you need service on furniture, we will do everything we can to help you. We will work with the manufacturer for any part replacements, etc. We will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied. We guarantee it.

Can you customize furniture?
Yes, we can have furniture built to fit your exact needs. Do be aware that this may extend the lead times involved, so you will need to plan accordingly for custom furniture.

Are finish colors accurate?
We do our best to accurately show the finish colors of each piece we carry. However, colors can vary by personal perceptions, monitor type and age, video card differences and printing variations.

Do you send out fabric samples?
Yes, most of our popular vendors have finish and fabric samples available. Please call one of our customer representatives at 503-241-3444 in Portland, or toll free long distance 877-341-3444 and they will make sure you get the samples you need to make your decisions.

What types of payments are acceptable?
You can select from several different options, you can use Visa, MasterCard, American express, or if you prefer you may apply for a credit account with us or you can pay by check. For most large projects we require a 50% deposit before any product is ordered and the balance will be due upon completion of project. If you have an account with us then the balance will be due Net 30.

How long does delivery take?
Depending upon the size of the project and the product it can take as long as 8 weeks before all products arrive. For smaller projects with product that has quick ship programs we can deliver as quick as 3 days. If you have special requirements please call and we will find a solution for you.
